"The beds were awful. The coffee shop doesn’t open until 7:00 and the coffee maker in the room was ridiculous. Since this was a “resort” being changed $50 a day for chairs and umbrella was a bit high. We had no hot water for two days. The staff was pleasant and the beach was beautiful. It is more of a party hotel than a resort."

"Hotel is very nice, it was our 3rd time visiting, however, we requested a low floor through Expedia, which they couldn’t accommodate, very disappointing, went several times to move to a lower floor, without success. We had entertainment daily in the past, not this year, very limited. There was extreme banging from construction next door, which all of the guests were upset by, understandably, out of control by the hotel, wish an ordinance would have limited that, with a resort right next door. All that said, we will not be staying there a 4th time."

"Very nice property. Easy 5 minute walk to beach and Times Square area. Easy 5 minute walk to great waterfront dining. The owner is fantastic. She showed around and talked with us during our stay. I would highly recommend this property for couples and small families "
