"Great place as base for the wonders of beautiful Sintra."

"Traveled with my five year-old son. We stayed a total of two nights. The first thing we did after a 14 hour flight was take a shower, and it was backed up. We had to wait 20 minutes for the water to go down so that my son could shower. I told the lady his charge who lived upstairs. And she gave me extra towels to put down on the floor in case it overflowed. I really think they do this on purpose because they don’t want you to stay in the shower for more than three minutes. "As a solo traveler I have stayed in a number of hostels before and this was by far one of my favorites. The location was perfect, very centrally located, right next door to Rossio square and Rossio train station (which made it very easy to catch a train for a day trip to Sintra!). The staff were very helpful and friendly and had no issies with guests using the very spacious and comfortable lobby to make calls, eat, or do some work which was very convenient. "Limpio y buena atención por parte del anfitrión."

"Extra charge of 8 euros when you check in that wasn't on the booking for a tax I think. Hot water in shower only last about 4 minutes, have to walk up 4 flights of stairs to a very small room with a slanted ceiling, very noisy at night, Was clean, nice kitchen, and only saw one other person in two nights there."

"Enjoyed using this as our home base to explore Lisboa ! Close to metro and bus stops, busy street that doesn’t take too long to get an uber, nice kitchen and multiple bathrooms that were always available and clean. Room was more spacious than expected and the small patio to look at the main road was nice as well!"
