"The biggest thing was that there's no AC in the bedrooms. I had a private bedroom and it was extremely hot. It had to be about 35 degrees Celsius inside the room. There was no fan, no AC, and it was extremely uncomfortable.
I had to leave and go to a different hotel. This place advertises itself as high end travel hotel, but it does not feel luxury. The rooms were clean and the front desk is very helpful, but a lot of the hotel is under construction and a lot of the common and social areas are...

"Breakfast was included which was nice (coffee, juice, tea, bread, ham, cheese, cereal, milk, soy milk, fruit). Nice large bathrooms. Absolutely beautiful bedroom... I was quite shocked. I stayed in a mixed with the max amount of people in a room, and it was still great. The beds were huge and the top bunk was very high up (as well as the ceilings) so wherever you slept you had a lot of room over your head. "The receptionist, Margarida, was incredibly friendly and helpful when she checked us in that morning. After checking in, we left to explore the city. However, when we returned at 4 p.m., there was a discrepancy, and we were given a room that was already occupied. Fortunately, the staff on duty quickly resolved the issue and provided us with a new room.
