"There is no lift but the staff helped me with my luggage checking in and checking out. They were really lovely! Parking was difficult because main lot was closed off…but they communicated that and options well in advance. Breakfast was good. The room was large and I even had a private little terrace!"

"Good location near to the pretty town Obidos, nice well kept property and a feeling of calmness. Good cold breakfast pre-ordered and laid out at a specified time. Unfortunately our arrival was on the day of the massive power outage that affected most of Europe, so normal dining facilities in the area were not available."

"The staff we're very welcoming and accommodating make great recommendations for dinner. The office mgr assisted us in purchasing our train tickets to Porto when she found out we hadn't purchased them yet, again above and beyond. The hotel restaurant for breakfast was amazing.
