"Room was dirty. The carpet was greasy and turned your feet black. The shower was stained. The bathroom door was jammed so you couldnt shut it or you would be stuck in it unless someone was on the other side helping you turn the handle. The toilet kept going off filling up the whole time because it was broken. The hotel itself looks like its falling apart. Cement missing up stairs which is a trip hazard. No lights on the stair case so you have to turn your flash light on so you dont fall. The door itself, you have to slam so it will catch other wise it wont lock and you can just push it open. Ive stayed here a few times and the rooms get worse each time. "
"It was an unfortunate incident that caused me to be there but the staff welcomed me gracefully Adeline, Houston and Kevon were amazing and if there was anything I needed they all showed up to assist, and I'm grateful!"
"It was a nice hotel but had issues with the in-room smoke detector going off. Went to call front desk and the cord to room phone was broken. Called on my cell and front desk person told me to take battery out of it. That worked and I understand that this happens but still made first night uncomfortable. Had a three night stay but key was only programmed for 1 night. So after a long day and walking to end of hall where my room was located I had to return to front desk to get keys reprogrammed. Even with all of this I would stay here again. "
