There was a wedding during our stay, which led to noticeable noise in the hallways late at night. "We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we encountered was very welcoming and helpful, which made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. We didn’t realize we had booked Toronto’s oldest hotel, which made the experience even more special. The staff-operated vintage elevator and Dianne Twombley’s artwork throughout the staircases added so much character, and we loved the unique décor on each floor. "Room in the "old wing" was brutally noisy all night until the early hours of the morning on a Friday night with no warning, no earplugs provided. Very disappointing."

"This place was incredibly nice. We stayed in the Bye Felicia suite and there were plenty of comfortable beds and the bathroom was very nice. There isn’t really a true living room or kitchen but a common area with a counter and a sink. The worst part was getting up and down steep stairs to get to the suite. I would definitely stay here again."

Breakfast was gross, eggs tasted weird, boiled eggs were hard and felt old, scrambled tasted like powder. For 300+ dollars it seemed weak"
