"Booming music through the window. I asked to change the room, the duty manager at night gave me the room that was “good enough” but I could still hear. The duty manager during the day was very helpful. Compared to other hotels I have stayed in India so far, it is very good and heaven compared to the mess outside. However not up to the standard of some European or Japanese hotels."

"Abundance of stains and hairs in bed, pillows, towels, etc. The shower had hot water, but bathroom smelled like mildew/mold and there were stains and rust on all metal fixtures. Only soap provided. Hotel is near Taj Mahal East Gate."
