"We paid for 6 breakfasts when checked in but 30 min later realized we did not want to eat there during our stay, the facilities did not inspire confidence. A rude lady at reception refused to refund our payment.
We also cancelled our stay for the following two days, with mire than 24 hours notice, no refund as well. Conclusion: avoid that place!"

"This is a lovely hotel in a fantastic location! It was very easy to get to from the train station and we could walk everywhere in the Altstadt which is very beautiful.
