"Room could have been a little cleaner that's for sure there's a couple things that lake taught my eye and normally things in Windows don't be catching my eye but there was a couple things there that in the air conditioner was complete garbage and it's stunk I mean it was a smoking because they got air conditioner and not even working very well but just stunk I'm never even I mean I'm a smoker dude in that room is stunk I mean I'm not trying to be rude but that could be aired out every day you know what I mean it doesn't need to smell like that or haven't heard air conditioning together when they works halfway you know I mean other than that well that and they wanted to give me a hard time about getting into my booking as well and then when I did give them my ID that I had to dig through my car for 15 minutes looking for then they wanted to proceed to tell me it wasn't me you know what I mean I told them that I wanted my money back nope they didn't want to do that either so then they got a little nicer I still really would rather have my money back but they didn't want to do that and I've stayed there before it was a better experience before I don't know if it's the same people or not but one thing has going for it and I could have swore used to be a 24-hour gas station there but we have a gas station that attached to the hotel it's basically a gas station / hotel that's about the one thing that does have going for it cheap pizza"

Colonial Inn Extended Stay By OYO New Ulm
"We had several issues.... No WIFI at check-in, system failure with repair date 5 days in the future. Not so bad for just Wifi, but it took down the TV system as well. After 1st shower, faucet could not shut the water off..... Solution was to turn water service off to shower. Other room was offered for showering, no rooms available to move to. Motel is currently under renovation, non of the units completed yet. Things will hopefully improve with the completion of that project. Our bed was very comfortable, and the furnishings were mostly clean and presentable. Our Manager was very personable and did her best to be helpful."
