"I was staying a week. My first room was not clean- bathroom was dirty in shower and sink had mold like black ring around rim and rug not vacuumed very well. I changed to a 2nd room and the sink was dirty and toilet was missing the seat tab and was dirty. Went back to front desk got a 3rd room where the toilet seat was broken and the closet door would not move open. I told the front desk and they sent maintenance to fix it. "I first arrived and needed to call on my cell phone to another cell phone because the in-house wasn’t operational. Waiting to check-in I learned the elevator isn’t working.
