"We checked in late and ended up with a handicap room. The toilet seat was cracked. The shower and floor was dirty and gross. The entire bathroom smelled like a sewer and had a very loud and annoying noise.
The breakfast area was dirty and food and coffee were not replaced when empty. The gym had 2 out of 3 treadmills broke and the water dispenser had no water. Other than that, it was okay. Lol!"

"Our first night we got in late and went straight to bed and in the morning when my grandsons went to fix their bed the six year old was grossed out by the blood on the pillow not on the pillow case, so we took it directly downstairs to the front desk and the person at the front desk reacted shocked and that he was gonna talk to the head house cleaner and he would replace the pillow to our room and asked what can he do to make it right? But nothing happened and they never even replaced the pillow...

"Great Breakfast and friendly staff! First impressions were great, however after staying the night noticed several things that needed attention. The linens provided for the pullout couch were quite badly stained. Air gaps in the doors, and either thin walls, or not properly insulated had us privy to the neighbours conversations late into the night. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"Though it says no smoking, there was smoke smell and cigarette butts everywhere! Elevator was not maintained. The first room we checked on level 1 had stained pillows and moss in bathroom. Only one soap and two towels was a big disappointment. The front desk closes early and opens late. We had to check out early and had to throw the keys in the gap between front desk shutters and desk… not worth the money!!"
