"I rarely leave bad reviews, but my stay at Candlewood Suites Watertown was honestly very disappointing. Carla at the front desk was kind and accommodating, and she was probably the only positive part of the experience.

"Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations.
Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition.
Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days. There were decent toiletries in the bathroom, which was nice since I left mine in the car & didn't feel like going back out.
