"Hotel located in Courbevoie-Défense neighborhood. A bit out of the way, as you have to take the L train line to reach the Paris métro system. However, you are still only 30-40 minutes away from most historical attractions in central Paris. We stayed at 37 Lodge for 1 week. "Honestly, what a gem of a place! Lovely neighbourhood with a huge supermarket and very easy to navigate metro station. The very lovely staff member on reception was very quick to upgrade us when I asked if the bed could be split into two for myself and my son. "Thank you very much for the warm welcome. Kaspar from the reception was very courteous, and the young woman who was there today was also lovely. Everyone responded to our requests with a smile. "i was very happy at how well the concierge spoke english. they helped me find local tourist sites. they were very helpful with storing our luggage securely the last day while we shopped a bit more. the amenities in the room were great - microwave, frig, stove etc. the small balcony was an unexpected benefit. they were in the middle of remodeling and were doing a good job of keeping that from inconveniencing us. "
