"I loved this hotel when small room is available for single travelers. Every amenity is clean and well maintained. I especially liked the swimming pool and swimming into the skyscraper of HK is definitely a once of a life time experience. During my stay, there were two false alarm incidents. I can feel the staff reacted promptly to resolve the issue with the fire department. I would appreciate more if more communication and directive to the guests. Overall, I love the hotel and would like to stay here again if I have a chance."

"This place was extremely clean and the staff was attentive at every call. We unfortunately got a bit under the weather and the staff was able to attend to us 3am very quickly. My wife and I got massages and it was amazing. The location was perfect for my early morning runs. The gym had just enough to continue to stay active."

I could do without the foreigners from India, Africa and who knows where else running the elevators - very rude and pushy, especially during checkout, where I was set upon by two of them talking at me at the same time."
