"The staff was very friendly and helpful! They use a WhatsApp, so that made communication super easy!! Our room unfortunately, had a very strong sewage smell. They were very responsive and she came at 10 pm to check and poured chemicals down the drains to help. This is apparently a problem across the island- we did notice a stench in other places. "This hotel is a great choice for anyone that wants to relax in a luxurious space. All of their staff are very friendly and professional especially Margarita who gave us a lovely welcome on arrival to the property. Their food is also very delicious and freshly prepared. Another beautiful experience we had here was the sunset, its gorgeous. We will definitely come back here when next we visit Santorini. Love"

"Mainly went here to stay near the Akrotiri archeological site. The room blew me away. Got there early and my room wasn't ready. Got a bit of an upgrade. OMG. 5 star room. Food at the resort was spectacular. 5 minute walk to main town of Akrotiri. 15 to archeological site, but 30 back uphill. Amazing resort and view. Want to go back to this place."

"The hotel it’s self was amazing. The only downsides where the room was very cold especially in the evening. The staff where incredible in terms of house keeping and reception team but some areas of the hotel seemed little bit ridiculous like a very limited vegetarian menu option with zero flexibility to serve pizza from lunch time menu for dinner when the restaurant was completely empty and chefs where idly. Overall a very nice relaxing stay away from hustle and bustle from main town. "
