"I was in Rm 4, a small twin with ensuite. The window opened (hood) but unfortunately, right onto the alley where the cooking fan vented. It was quite loud but did stop before bedtime. Breakfast was surprisingly included and very tasty. Did not have dinner as there was nothing small that I wanted to eat. "This accommodation is very well located in the Kelso town square and within easy walking distance to pubs, cafes and restaurants.The bakery to the left of the front door is outstanding for home cooked morning rolls and beautiful cakes. Apartment 1 is spacious, clean and has everything you need despite the furnishings being a bit dated. Note this accommodation may not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the stairs to all rooms. This is a great base for trips to Lindisfarne,Bamburgh...
