"The only critique I really have is the volume of music and chatter in the main lobby. If you’re on the lower floors, you can really hear it in the room. Also, Darnell is one of the most helpful and courteous hospitality employees I’ve ever had the pleasure to meet (and I’m from Las Vegas). Anything negative, real or imagined, from any guests can be fixed with one conversation with the man. Now that he’s retiring, the Atheneum will need to fill some rather large shoes. Very impressive man."
