This was the first time we stayed since needing an accessible room. The room was well layed out and had several unexpected and thoughtful features such as low bar for hanging clothes and closet bins that were reachable from a wheelchair. Bathroom was large and very functional.

The continental breakfast cost seemed high especially since there was zero protein available. Protein was available at an additional cost of about fifty percent higher. They also charge an additional cost per day for “incidentals” in case we damaged something. The incidental cost will be refunded provided we didn't damage anything.

It is a fairly quite hotel in a great location for shopping and dining. Staff were very polite and responsive to our requests. Breakfast was charged extra but it was worth it. We noticed lots of dust on the wooden floor and the office chair, otherwise a place we would visit again.

Staff was friendly. The place was clean. There was a nice restaurant and many restaurants nearby. The location by major thoroughfares was quite convenient. A chair or stool in the handicap shower would have been nice as well as a grab bar by the toilet but very nice overall.

The staff was very friendly, professional, and accommodating. I have never experienced such friendliness from the very beginning to the very end at a hotel! Not to mention, my doggie son was able to stay with me and the pet fee was more than reasonable. Overall, i was very pleased 😊
