"The stay at Forest Lake was absolutely perfect. Do yourself the biggest service and DO NOT MISS the dinner by Chef Joao. He created such a wonderful menu that holds up to any Michelin restaurant (hint: this place deserves at least two!)."

"The property was beautiful. Just off a Main Street but completely private and very quiet. The pods were large and comfortable with beautiful views of the grounds. Breakfast was excellent with lots of delicious options. The entire property was clean and well maintained. Bikes and helmets are available for guest use, very nice! The staff was SO kind and helpful. I absolutely loved this place"

"Would not recommend. Front desk was very friendly but that was the only positive part about our experience. We made a reservation for the restaurant there, but when we arrived, both the host and our waiter were very rude. We waited about ten minutes at our table before anyone came by. Waiter gave us 1 menu and when I asked for a second, he gave me an eye-roll and sigh before leaving.

"The location was good - the room had a nice view of the water BUT for us unfortunately, we had a horrible experience. We couldn't get hold of the host and Expedia help line did not answer my messages either (Expedia still never addressed our issue - all messages are u answered).
