"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly and location was steps to the Riverwalk. Would stay again!"

"I realize this is a historic building but it definitely could be run better. We were not informed that apparently you have to request for your room to be cleaned. I am still not clear about that. Our room was not cleaned so we called downstairs and let them know. We were told they would come clean it while we went to dinner. They did apparently come to the room and put towels and a trash bag of toiletries so we could clean and restock our room on the bed. Did they make the bed? Nope. I really was hoping for a better experience to write about but unfortunately it was not to be. On the up side it is in a great location but there are so many other options. "

"Overpriced for next to nothing except location. No microwave in room. Have to go to lobby for that. TVs are subpar. Don’t pay an extra night. They charge you double or triple. Absolutely terrible! Unfriendly staff that do not care about customer satisfaction. Spend the money somewhere better!"
