"All staff was helpful. Breakfast area was quite spacious, food was well arranged and it never was crowded at the various stations. The only issue was small but important to me. I need an extra washcloth for my eyes. I requested one and when we returned to our room instead of three (2+1) there was one. Next day made the same request. Next day had to make the request again. "We had a lovely time on a mini getaway celebrating our 3 year anniversary! The room was ready early, as luck would have it, and i got to enjoy a relaxing bath after navigating the rain. We utilized the gym and loved the convenience of having a little bistro downstairs. The bed was a little too hard for my taste, but that is a common thing for most hotels. It'a not their fault i have a bad back. 😂"

"The reception desk was exceptional and the location and quality of the well appointed room couldn't have been better, will definitely be back and visit again! However, I would recommend calling the actual hotel you are wanting to book before booking with Expedia. The hotel pricing upon check-in was below Expedia's listed rate and after a long conversation with Expedia, they didn't honor the lower rate. In my opinion, this is a poor business decision by Expedia and I won't be using their services...

"The room was spotless, spacious, and the shower water was hot and soothing. The night manager at the front desk is also a really kind human. She cares about people because another guest needed jumper cable and she went out of her way to obtain one for the guest."

"The room was great! The getting there was the difficult part. Outside was very dark and you can’t see the numbers of the rooms. I found myself stopping and getting out of the car to try and see the number. Also there’s a way back area of rooms and as a woman traveling alone it’s not the best. Also it was loud outside and I found myself turning the lights off cause I felt I was so far back that if someone banged on my door it would be scary. "
