"The front afternoon (430-ish) check in lady was the absolute best person I've worked with checking into a hotel. She worked to change my room to fit health needs of my nephew. She got us into a room that he could manage to get to and from with minimal discomfort. Rooms were clean as usual parking lot safe (we were coming in late almost midnight from a movie and had zero safety concerns) my sister felt safe enough to go into their outside "garden" area and smoke alone after midnight. The front desk worked with me with zero hassle to get a shower chair and extra towels. "
