"What I can say is they gave us two set of towels for the whole week we were there. I asked for clean towels never got them. The floor was dirty with Hair on it. When we got there there was no way I could sweep the property and keep it clean, cause there was no broom there was no mop there was nothing. The coffee maker leaked all over the place. "Ana at the front desk was terrible. Her attitude was unprofessional, she didn’t make me feel welcomed because I didn’t speak Spanish. Also, I paid extra for an ocean view room and I got a rainforest view room. I’m disappointed and won’t be returning. The roots breakfast buffet was DISGUSTING and $35 per person. The drinks were not cold, the food was not hot, the AC wasn’t working, it was just a nightmare."
