"I was pleasantly surprised by the rooms. The exterior and the common areas need some love but inside the rooms they are great. The most comfortable beds and a door to close out the living room. The rooms were clean and had everything you could want. I stayed here while my dad was in the hospital at BSA and it was a short drive to the hospital and which made it so nice after being at the hospital to be able to come back to a nice clean safe room and shut out the world. "It was an average stay. It was 90 out and we had no air conditioning in our room. Breakfast was pretty good."

"We enjoyed our stay on our return trip. There were minor issues with the room (toilet wasn't working properly - needs a new anti-siphon valve - and the towel hook on the bathroom door was not secured). We were disappointed that the swimming pool was empty (a sign indicated it would re-open May 1) and the fitness room was closed due to renovations. Breakfast was great. Overall, a good place to stay."

"Who in the world and why would you design the bathroom with a barn door with a glass panel?Why? At night if you're using the bathroom, the l8ght being on floods the entire room waking up the others. If you anyways install such door at least use a better quality track so, again won't wake up others from the noise it makes"

"I didn't eat the breakfast, so i cant speak on that However the facilty was clean smelled good and well lit. The room was clean two beds with adequate bedding. The mattress wasn't as plush as i would like though and the pillows were to small. "

"The on-site manager, Jessica is very rude and has a power trip over the facilities! She makes assumptions and does not ask questions before she starts bossing people and threatening to escort them off the premises when she doesn’t even know what’s going on. The Front Desk staff was amazing. The rooms were comfortable. There were a few shortcomings but nothing that we couldn’t get past the on-site manager Jessica made my stay horrible and I will be reaching out to the general manager."
