"Nous étions une famille de deux adultes et deux enfants, dont un en bas âge. Nous avions réservé une chambre quadruple six mois à l’avance, mais à notre arrivée on nous a installés dans une chambre triple avec une forte odeur de moisissure. The worst part, our kids couldn’t use the pool without a swim cap that had to be rented for 3 euros and pool towels being charged 5 euros. They need to make that clear in the communication.
