"The flat is simple but with all the necessary for a comfortable staying. Unfortunately, the electric hob, the central heating and the heating/ extraction fan in the bathroom did not work. When we signalled this to the property manager, we never got a response back, but through their local agent, offered us , mid stay to change apartments. They never replied to my numerous requests of a partial refund for the services we did not benefit. Appealing communication with their main office in Milan."

"👍"

"The room didn’t have any air conditioning only a fan so disappointing and hot and humid. Instead of sleeping in two separate rooms, we end up having to sleep in one bed to share a fan couldn’t open the door window because there was mosquito and a loud bar across the street when we got back from dinner we were locked out. Because the gate closes at 11 PM put the instruction to get in was not clear so we end up calling the phone number multiple phone numbers and not one person pick up or respond...

"We loved our stay! Conveniently located, wonderful staff, and well appointed room. 10/10 would stay again, Dennis at the front desk is amazing."

"Great host"

"Tolles Apartment in absoluter Nähe zur Altstadt und zum See, ( fussläufig 3min Altstadt, 8 Min zum Gardasee) ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. Wir waren mit 3 Erwachsenen vor Ort. Die Ausstattung war modern und in einem super Zustand. Es war sehr sauber bei unserer Ankunft, Ein EuroSpar Geschäft lag in 10 Minuten fussläufiger Entfernung . Dort konnte man alles kaufen was man zum Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Küche verfügt über Induktionsherd, Backofen, Mikrowelle, Dolce Gusto Kaffee Maschine...

"Amazing location, beautiful property"

"An amazing place for those who appreciate the little details! Everything was brand new, spotless, high-tech, and fully automated. There’s dedicated parking in the building, with automatic access codes for every gate and entrance. We were very pleasantly surprised! Communication with the host was excellent, with an exceptional level of availability via WhatsApp — unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before."

"Perfekte Lage für ein Städtetrip. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet."

"Loved this apartment. Balcony had a great view, kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of room. The host was very nice and helpful. They even have bikes you can rent."

"Super fun area! Very lively, easy to get around and jump in to the local fun. The communication with the owner is mostly in Italian, which was a bit challenging. I also had some difficulty locating the street the apartment is on, but lovely people in the area helped me. Instructions on how to exit the entrance gate would have saved a few minutes, but that's probably my fault. (There is a white button on the wall to the left 😉). Made for a fun last night in Naples"
