"Staff was great. Food and drink also great. Shuttle worked well getting to and from hotel to Florence. Loved walking the beautiful and spacious grounds."

"The room was very clean and given us a good amount of space, however the building had many stairs, 20 stairs from door to reception, again 22 stairs to your room, consider with heavy bags if you are staying for a short period or if you have knee problems."

Bit further out than expected as we'd searched Florence but not hotels fault but shuttle bus into town was 10 euros or bus is 1.70 but about a 1 mile walk. "The staff were nice and some were just doing their job. Shout out to Camila at reception and David the doorman who were very helpful and pleasant all throughout our stay. The room is decent but for the price we paid, I had expected more. The breakfast is decent but lacking as well. I think they are short handed for the amount of guest they have. Every time we go there for breakfast, they alway run out of some food and don’t refill them right away. Again, for the price we paid, we expected more....

"Our air conditioner didn't work, so I wouldn't recommend this place for summer. We opened the window but that just lets in mosquitoes. That said, this is a great value place to stay in Florence that's central, with very friendly staff, clean beds and rooms. Sound-proof windows, too. It didn't block out the screaming teenagers, but that's not the hotel's fault. Just rowdy kids. We'd stay again, for sure. "

"The staff is amazing, kind, and informative they were able to give us a map and locate all the sight seeing areas for us. The facility is clean, centralized where you can walk to all the areas but still off the main path so that it’s quit enough. Their breakfast items were good. I utilized their laundry services and it was pricey but really well worth it. Overall I would recommend and stay here again!"
