The place is very well kept, breakfast had a surprisingly wider variety of food for a continental breakfast, and is in a nice quiet part of Florence that is still accessible to the city centre. There are also some roaming cats around that became joyful to spot throughout our stay - thoroughly recommend this hotel!"

The rooms and hotel in general are beautiful. The operation is run great and the service is very efficient but don’t expect to get any smiles from the personnel.
