"It was a dream to stay on this property. It has the most beautiful views of Florence. The property itself is so picturesque it didn’t feel real being there. I loved the dogs on the property. The entire staff was so welcoming and attentive, especially Sam who was amazing! Highly recommend staying here. There’s no other place like it. "

"Absolutely wonderful location. Beautiful pools, private jacuzzi tub, great restaurant, and well maintained grounds. They also have an organic farm and game preserve which supplies their dining program. The staff were incredibly kind and genuine. They called and reserved a taxi at the time of our check in for when we departed (the driver was also incredibly kind). The restaurant staff was kind and helpful at dinner and their continental breakfast exceeded expectations. I highly recommend this...

"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"Front desk attendant was amazing, they also provided a free room upgrade which was thoughtful for the one night we were there. Parking is a bit of a pain but the room and the staff were lovely."

"The hotel is well situated and an ideal base for families who want a bit of a sanctuary away from the main hustle and bustle but still close enough you can walk to those areas in 10-15minutes. The rooms were well furnished, clean and beds super comfortable. The Hydropool was great to relax in at the end of a day sightseeing."

"The room was a quiet and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. A little outside the historic area, but the taxi service was quick and efficient. It took about 10 minutes from the train station to get there, and there are quaint and delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. The gentleman behind the front counter was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. He even called a taxi for us when the local taxi app wasn't working for us. at the time. A very enjoyable stay."

"The hotel is conveniently located close to Strozzi tram station; just a short trip from Firenze S.M. station. The hotel was very modern; clean and spacious. We were quite impressed with the breakfast buffet. The staff was friendly and helpful in helping us find great places to visit and eat. An excellent experience!"

"This hotel is in the perfect location to stay in luxury and then explore Florence and the surrounding areas. The hotel is beautiful with amazing spa, pool, gardens and the views overlooking Florence in the distance are just beautiful. Florence can be very busy but we really enjoyed the easy shuttle service (20mins) that will drop you off and pick you up from the Centre of Florence making out stay so peaceful and serene to relax in the hotel. The man working the front desk was extremely kind, offered us a bagged breakfast for our early start the next day, coordinated a taxi and gave us helpful information about the train strike. He helped to turn a stressful day into another day that we were able to enjoy on our vacation!"
