"We had a short overnight stay. We had a very early flight out of Florence and chose the property for its proximity to the airport. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The desk was open 24 hours and was able to call a taxi for us who arrived within minutes. This location was perfect for our needs."

"Beyond the eye catching art design of the place (both inside and out) the rooms were very nice, and the breakfast buffet was exactly what I was hoping for. I highly recommend if you need quick access to/ from the airport."

"The quadra key apartments are a short tram ride from the centre of Florence. Very handy and clean the check in process was easy and the team was very attentive. Only negative would be for me the main road along with the trams can be heard from inside the apartment so if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue."

However, we discovered so many issues that we had to check out after only one night. "The check in process was pretty easy and the room was quite big. It served its purpose, that’s for sure, but I would probably splurge a little more on a better hotel if I were to stay in Florence. There was nothing too wrong about Hotel Dalmazia, it was just very average."

"Hotel agradável e limpo. Não tem café da manhã, mas tem uma cafeteria onde dá pra comprar. Recepcionista muito atenciosa e educada. Muito longe de todos os pontos turísticos. Tem transporte público próximo, porém, passa por um trecho que não me fez sentir segurança. Tivemos que andar só de táxi (aprox 160,00 reais cada vez). Não voltaria apenas em razão da localização, que achei péssima. Gastamos mais com táxi/uber do que com a diária do hotel. "
