"We got the room for handicap so there was no glass shower door in bathroom and it caused problems after showered. AC working great and room was clean and spacious- there were no microwave in common areas. Hairdryer was in front desk if you need to borrow one. Overall was good."

The 1 set of elevators takes hotel staff to explain as they lock out the room floors so it only goes from ground to rooftop at night - not sure as to the exact time this happens. "Absolutely fantastic hotel, we couldn’t believe how good it was. Exactly like the photos. The hotel was built only in 2018 and the facilities are constantly kept in perfect condition and spotlessly clean. In a quiet part of town easily walkable into the main attractions and close to a bus and a tram stop, a perfect sanctuary to rest at night time. All of the staff are so kind and polite, especially Francois who looked after us very well at breakfast time. The hotel would be worth the price tag...

"Staff was lovely and very helpful. Bathroom nicely renovated. Unfortunately I had to leave before breakfast but it seemed to be a nice selection. The only thing I didn’t like was it was a very small attic room with a very low ceiling. Nice automatic blinds installed. Felt like a fire trap - up a small spiral staircase to get to top. Clean though."
