"During our trip, we stayed in four different cities/rentals throughout Italy. Aparto Florence manifattura was by far our favorite. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the city, places to go, and recommendations. We had four in our group, the room was large enough for us to unpack what we needed, and very clean. Definitely recommend! "

The Teatro Luxury apartment was just that - oozing luxury from the beautiful decoration, paintings,wonderful furniture, unique crockery, and even the immaculately made bed. "Shoutout PORTLAND OREGON!! Everything was great, no issues. Arrived at 10pm even though check in was at 3pm. No hassle or problems at all. I did the private room for 4 for me n my family. Friendly staff and great drink/food options. They have social gatherings as well for free. Definitely a great area to get all over!"

"I stayed in the scooter/industrial room. Nice room, clean, good shower, decent bed, tv (can access netflix and youtube), fridge and safe. Communal area has good coffee machine, fruit, biscuits. Hotel was close to the SM train station (easy walk) and a short walk to main tourist area/attractions. I think the tram from the airport passes the hotel and there's a stop nearby . "First the front desk staff will say their Apple Pay is unstable and ask you to use the physical card. But if you insist on Apple Pay, their pos machine will magically work. Second there is a pretty busy road behind the hotel. You will probably get a sleepless night if you’re assigned a room on the noisy side when there are actually tons of room’s available on the quiet side. So don’t recommend this hotel to perspective guests."
