"Wir waren in der Ferienwohnung Casa von Vista - leider müsste sehr dringend renoviert werden, besonders das Badezimmer, was auch höchstens zweckmäßig war. Es ist ein sehr altes Gebäude und die Möbel teils historisch. Bei Tisch, Schrank und Truhe ist das in Ordnung, aber Sofa und Bett müssten dringend erneuert werden. Die Lage ist äußerst schön in der Natur, man muss nur selber etwas die Insekten fern halten. Frühstück waren wir nur einmal, aber das war gut."

"The front desk staff was helpful. This hotel seems to have a lot of groups that can keep the elevators busy creating long wait times. Our room service breakfast order was never picked up thus breakfast never arrived. Good bed. No airport shuttle but taxis readily available."

"The apartment itself was excellent. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and well equipped. The living area was spacious, with everything needed for a pleasant stay, including a balcony and excellent walk-in showers. A special mention must go to Alberto and Sania, who were outstanding throughout our visit. I have some mobility difficulties, and they were always kind, attentive, and willing to help. "Fantastic place to stay in Florence, can't recommend it highly enough. Close enough to the City Center to be walkable, but far enough off the beaten path to be a refuge from the crowds. We stayed in the Triple Room, which had decent space and regular beds for all three of us. Property was very clean and tidy. The included breakfast was very nice. Balcony had a gorgeous view of the Arno. Staff were all very kind and welcoming. Would definitely stay at 4F again for any future visits to Florence!"

"Clean and comfortable stay at Hotel Ariele, with excellent bedding that made a restful sleep. Breakfast was included which is nice. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram line, making it easy to get around the city. There are also laundry facilities and Carrefour nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay."

"Our stay at Casa Botticelli exceeded our expectations. Upon check-in we were welcomed with a wonderful bottle of Chianti in our beautifully appointed room. The host helped recommend museums and local trattorias for us to visit during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed the thoughtful breakfast in the mornings as well as the evening sweet wine and biscotti. We can’t wait to go back to Casa Botticelli!"
