"En marchant quelques minutes on arrive à la gare de tram pour aller rapidement dans le centre de Florence. Cet hôtel est donc plutôt bien situé hors ZTL, La rue qui passe juste devant est un peu bruyante avec la circulation mais rien de grave. Buffet de petit déjeuner de qualité…mais il fait très chaud dans la salle. Chambre très bien même si la salle de bain mériterait un rafraîchissement."

"Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The rooms were comfortable, although slightly dated, and the location was around 15 minutes from the city centre by public transport. We had originally prepaid for 4 nights, but due to the national strike in Italy affecting flights and public transport that was not yet confirmed at the time our trip was booked, we had to change our travel plans and leave one night earlier to avoid being stranded. "Clean and comfortable stay at Hotel Ariele, with excellent bedding that made a restful sleep. Breakfast was included which is nice. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and considerate throughout our stay. The hotel is conveniently located close to the tram line, making it easy to get around the city. There are also laundry facilities and Carrefour nearby, which added to the convenience of our stay."

"Great location; didn’t use the shuttle from the airport because o arrived very late- almost midnight -wonder if a shuttle can be prearranged; I just took a taxi and know of others who walked to the hotel because it was daylight. The room was a bit small; however I was there just one night and was able to easily walk to the tram station to get to the main train station."

"The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The checking in process was wonderful. The receptionist was very thorough and helpful in making us a map of the area and getting us a dinner reservation last minute. The rooms were big and spacious. I do wish though that the air conditioning was cooler. Also more replacements for the coffee machine. The porter though was incredibly helpful with all our luggage. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend it."

"Excellent hotel, well appointed rooms. Very courteous and helpful staff! This hotel is away from city centre. The hotel does offer free shuttle service to the nearest tram station through the day. The trams run every 10 minutes to city center. The hotel has a good fitness ce ter, breakfast buffet and hot spa pool! Giovanni and Samuel the chauffeurs for the shuttle were extremely pleasant and hospitable! All in all - a good stay! "
