"Overall experience with this hotel was ok. It’s my first time in Florence so I’m not sure what other hotels are like. But this one is a lot better than what I had in Milan and cheaper. The room is quite spacious. Bathroom is a bit awkward but it’s ok. "This was an incredible location, close to Santa Crocce and the Duomo. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable, and Fulvio was helpful, quick to respond to messages and very friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay here! Just a heads up, you will have to carry your luggage up a few flights of stairs, but it was worth it!"
