"Good location on other sidebp of river. The room was fantastic. What stopped thisrom being a 5 star review were minor service issues. We asked for more coffee pods and never got any. Our safe was not working and even though they promised to fix it the next day, they never did. We asked about laundry detergent for the machine (which was a great service) and they never responed to my questions nor provided the pods which whey said were in the unit. "Great location,it was close to a lot of restaurants and shops, it was clean and we had a balcony. We could see the church’s bell tower which it sounded really loud but it didn’t bother us since we were up by 8:30am. But if you like to sleep in it will wake you up because it’s pretty loud. Other than that I would highly recommend this place."

"We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent."

"Beautiful top floor apartment in a traditional Tuscan building. We had small backpacks so managing the small lift and stairs was easy. Our room, although small was extremely comfortable and spotless clean. Air conditioning and large window door opening. Be aware, if you leave the window open mosquitos will visit you.
