"Location was incredible. Staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. We ended up missing check in due to a late train and they were very kind to set up late check in for us last minute. Rooms were so cute and spacious. Had read some reviews about the noise from the plaza being loud, but we couldn't hear a thing. Will be staying here again when visiting Florence."

"Excellent place. Very large and had great AC. Bathroom had a large shower. The only issue was the AC unit was leaking and there was mold on the wall near it, but they immediately took care of it. Staff was great! Excellent location. Steps away from the David statue. Very safe! Would highly recommend."

"Very nice place, backing onto the mountain and quiet. Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Only complaint which is not a great one is that it was too digital - the front door & room key were down for most of a day (creating an hassle because of the lack of onsite staff) and the wifi was down for 2 days, leading to inconvenience. "The room was clean. The was pleasant. Breakfast consisted mostly of pastries. We traveled as a group of four and the seating for breakfast was challenging to eat as a group. The location to city central was good. There was no place to gather to play games or cards in the evening. The rooftop seats were a plus. Our room could use some attention as the toilet flush button stuck and the toilet seat was loose. Very limited space to unpack and store items as we stayed for a week. Just have...
