"We found this apartment charming, very clean, and you couldn't ask for a better location with it being just a stone's throw from the Duomo and center of Florence activity once you left the building. "Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was). Fortunately the manager was still here when we arrived. Great staff, great room, AC!!!, and really comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!! (Note I dinged them on price - but price was pretty comparable to all hotels iirc - so maybe the ding was more about hotels in general vs this one specifically)."

Difficult to contact hotel staff for help or questions bc they use a virtual agent first line, and if you need a person you have to wait 10-20 min for someone to return your message.
