"This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"

The mattress was not very comfortable, the shower would be better with a glass enclosure instead of a curtain, and it would be helpful to provide a sponge for washing dishes in the kitchen. "This was an incredible stay. The host was a phenomenal communicator and the property is as beautiful as pictured. If you want to be downtown in the heart of Florence, this is the perfect place to be and it is also far enough from the standard noise. I had peaceful nights and peaceful days, if I chose a late morning. It was literally near everything and I walked to every place I wanted to see. It was safe and easy to get to. "First of all we had to wait for 10 minutes to actually gain access to the apartment, even though our communication was very clear as to when we would arrive. The property had a lot of dust , eg on chandeliers, vents, and needed a thorough clean. If you want to sleep in the room with the double bed bring ear plugs because you can hear everything that is happening upstairs…. The conversations, walking around, moving furniture etc. The air conditioning unit in the room with 2 single beds hardly...
