"This property is amazing. We will stay here again next time we are in Florence. Everything was so well thought through - impeccable! Room, bedding, decor, bathroom and kitchen had everything you need for your stay! There is filtered water for guests to use! The hotel is in close proximity to the city center. "Fantastic location! Right next to the Ponte Vecchio. Very walkable. Great, responsive host. We had a problem with the door, but they sent a handyman to fix it right away. The only thing to note is that the second bedroom is very small and has no airconditioning but the main bedroom is great. It was nice having a kitchen too. And the host welcomed us with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was very nice. Would definately stay again next time we're in Florence."

"This hotel is so well located, just a few blocks away from all the places you want to visit in Firenze. Rooms are spacious, clean and well decorated. And the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here next time!"

"Great location to see Florence"

"We enjoyed having 3 separate beds/rooms for us and each of our boys. The kitchen area worked well for breakfast and keeping drinks cold. The check in and Numa app worked smoothly for entering the building and room. And the bag storage and access a for the day we checked out allowed us to see a few more sights before departure. The only negative is that the a/c was not working in the main room. It was more like a fan."

"I enjoyed my stay, the room was comfortable. When I got in there was no electricity in my room and no one told me to turn on the electricity box in the room. I also didn't get any coffee pods for the coffee machine, apparently other rooms had them. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"Inicialmente estranhei um pouco, pois parecia vazia e meio abandonada. Logo depois conheci as instalações e os outros hóspedes, já gostei. O ponto alto foi o café da manhã: ambiente fantástico e comida muito boa. Bastante opção! A vista do pôr do sol na área da piscina valeu demais!"
