Luana was so friendly & wanted our stay to be as comfortable as possible. She would offer to make cappuccinos, get croissants in the morning. She was very welcoming & nice. If we saw her throughout the day, she would ask if we needed anything. She called & ordered us a taxi when we left to take us to our car rental. Our room was very clean & comfortable. The location could not have been better! Very close to shopping, the Duomo etc. It was an excellent place for us to stay.

This is a very slick guest house in the centre of Florence. We loved everything about the place, from the charm of the period lift well, the high ceilings, the perfect state of everything, the 2 minute walkability into the centre of historic Firenze, and the very kind and helpful staff.

Great hotel in a great location. The rooms are very comfortable with nice bathrooms, closet and amenities. There is a common room that is very comfortable and a kitchen area with coffee, other drinks and pastries. The staff is fantastic. We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re in the area. Excellent stay in a wonderful central location

Wonderful location with great view of the Duomo. Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff and owner SO friendly and welcoming. Lovely to have access to a great little lounge and kitchenette. Will definitely be back!
