"Tha parking was easy on the property. It was within walking distance to the villages with shops, restaurants and cafes. The best part was the staff. The owners were incredibly helpful, friendly and made you feel like family. Breakfast outside was lovely overlooking the hills of Tuscany. We met many people and had lovely conversations with other travelers during breakfast. A gem in Tuscany."

"Apparently the check in times in Tuscany are very rigid. You must check in within the stated hours or else be subject to room cancellation. That being said, we made it in at the alotted hour. There is no staff on site until the stated check in hours, so checking in early is impossible. There appeared to only be one staff person who did not speak much English. He was nice and helpful enough. The complimentary breakfast was suprisingly good! Fresh coffee and cappuccino, warm fresh...

"Me and my girlfriend really did enjoy this property. Both host were very friendly and welcoming to us. We both did enjoy the feel at Home environment. We would definitely come back here on a future trip. Big shout out to the host for the wonderful cook meals. Great to know a bit about them as well."

"I had construction noise wake me up every morning at 7am and when I pointed it out to property owner they told me nothing they can do out of their control. The construction was next door but right next to my window. I would have like an offer to change my room or at least prior info that construction going on next door …. 2 week stay here not one sleep in beyond 7am"

"Amazing stay in a perfect location on the Arno River. You’re tucked nicely within walking distance between both the artisan shopping area to the south and the main tourist sites (Duomo, David, etc) to the north. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, nice bar/cafe, and a very cool rooftop. Overall, great value for the stay, we only wish the hotel guests got a little better deal on food/drinks at the lobby restaurant. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in town!"

"Excellent place. Very large and had great AC. Bathroom had a large shower. The only issue was the AC unit was leaking and there was mold on the wall near it, but they immediately took care of it. Staff was great! Excellent location. Steps away from the David statue. Very safe! Would highly recommend."
