"Estephano, the host, made us feel very welcome upon arrival. The room was spotless and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. There is also a small kitchen with everything you need if you want to cook.
We wanted to go wine tasting, and Estephano kindly helped us book a wonderful experience. The property is conveniently located near bus stops, which made it easy to visit Florence without any issues, while still enjoying peaceful nights away from the hustle and bustle of the city. 🌿"

Now to the good part: Everything.
The hotel itself is located on a beautiful hill in Impruneta, surrounded by olive groves. The bedroom was spacious and the foyer was well equiped. Both were cleaned daily. The most important, it had two airconditioners making the rooms very co. fortable in the 100F Tuscan summer. Thus is something that is not a given in a 16th century villa in Italy.

"We spent 3 nights here, due to being a family of 6 we had x2 bungalows. The rooms themselves are a little tired, broken shower doors, dusty and some appliances not working, but the location is phenomenal. I would not recommend to anyone with mobility issues as it is on a steep hill. The staff are very helpful and incredibly friendly. There is a busy motorway nearby, the noise is a constant humm but didn’t disturb our stay.

"This is our second time staying at this property and it was even better than the last. We stayed in the San Nicolo apartment with patio which was a great fit for our family of 3. It’s sunny, bright and nicely updated. The location is close to but outside of the touristy area which we prefer. Super easy to jump on bus if you’d rather not walk. Highly recommend!"
