"Location was amazing, every attraction is within a short few minutes walk. There were pubs, restaurants right below which we did not find noisy. Apartment had a lift, we stayed in apt 13 on the 5th floor with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a balcony with a nice view overlooking the Calton Hill. Checking in was easy with a pin code for the entry gate, lift and apt, felt very safe with CCTV around the common areas. Whole house was fully equipped with heaters, even for the bathroom floors. "I'd really recommend Distiller's House, our apartment was immaculately clean & very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped & the tea & coffee sachets etc were a nice touch, as was the coffee maker. All communication was done via WhatsApp which was handy & straightforward. Distiller's House is in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, but is so convenient for Haymarket train station & the West End tram stop. There's a few nice pubs very close by & a fabulous Italian restaurant about a two minute...
