C’est proche du centre ville et l’autobus passe sur le coin, il y a un stationnement difficile à manœuvrer, mais il est inclus."

"Upon our arrival, we contacted the number provided for check-in and experienced a confusing start to our stay. The staff appeared unfamiliar with our reservation and asked us several times to explain what we had booked, despite our presenting the confirmation. We were initially directed to a room where we were told the key would be waiting in the door, but no key was there. "The property was well situated with a large park opposite, a supermarket, multiple eating establishments and bus stops all within 5-10 minutes’ walk. With no reception, the property was supposed to email us 24 hours before check in with the building access code. It never arrived by email and I had to escalate to Expedia. The code eventually arrived via message in the Expedia app, only a few hours before we were due to check in. The room was large enough for three adults, but it had no air...
