"This place has seen some upgrades in the bathroom, which was done with poor craftsnanship. We stayed here for 4 days, and they refused at first to do the room service, as they do it only every third day. I had to have some clear german conversation with them and then it worked. The rooms need some upgrades and the chairs total replacement. At least the rooms towards the back were quiet. The filters in the airconditions need to be changed as the rooms have a certain smell to them. The breakfast...

"Zunächst dachte ich, der Preis ist ein Sommerangebor, doch dann kam die Realität. Das Hotel entspricht keinen europäischen Standard. Die Bilder der Lobby sind modern, der Rest ist veraltet. Höchstwahrscheinlich wurden die Zimmer in 40 Jahren nicht renoviert. Wir hatten selbst in Indien und Nepal besseren sauberen Standard. Große Handtücher gibt es auch nicht immer genügend. Allerdings waren die Betten und die Freundlichkeit gut. Wer günstig will - ist aber hier richtig"

The people upstairs (from us) were definitely stomping around a lot at night, so it's not super sound proofed. My kids and I LOVED the pool and hot tub area. The pool was WARM the hot tub was HOT and the waterslide was fast!!!! We will definitely stay again! The breakfast had many options.. something for everyone. "Like stepping straight into the 90s! Clean and comfortable, in a beautiful location. The pool wasn't available when we were there."

"Very clean place that seems to be recently renovated. Beds and bedding all seemed newer and in very good shape. Mattresses are firm in case you want to know that. Only negative is we ran out of toilet paper (there was barely any to begin with) and there was none in the room anywhere and the office was closed. But we had kleenex and made do and it wasn't a big deal! Otherwise great experience!"

"I was wondering why we are charged 2x for the tax. Expedia charge me and when i checked in the hotel charged me again for the tax. I asked the front desk and they said that the website should not charged me but i showed them my online purchase that I was charged and still the motel charged me again. I dont know which one should be charging us for the tax? Or they really charged you twice so next time better check the site and the place you are staying in before booking."
