"La propreté de l’hôtel était impeccable et le personnel très gentil. Cependant, le lit est royalement inconfortable (beaucoup trop dur). Lorsque nous avons demandé s’il y avait quelque chose à faire, au lieu d’ajouter quelque chose de moelleux, l’hôtel a plutôt retiré la couette de sa housse. Nous avons donc pris nous-mêmes la seconde couette du garde-robe pour la mettre sous le drap contour afin d’avoir un minimum de confort. La terrasse sur le toit et la piscine sont incroyables également."

"The hotel is located within a shopping mall the parking is shared with the mall but a discount is applied to the parking fee if you’re staying at the hotel. If you’re looking to see places like the aquarium and shop around in the mall this is the one for you."

"Factory hotel with plethora of rooms that reception plays Russian roulette with- room sizes are not as advertised, and are like legos- one room was a loft style with the bathroom on the ground floor, one room was the size of a double bed with a small bathroom that the door hit the toilet. Property manager is rough to say the least- passive aggressive and not hospitable to offer appropriate assistance- not all guests want compensation- just a simple apology would suffice and actually reading messages appropriately- “Susanna” assumed I said her reception was unfriendly when I wrote the opposite in fact, must have been passed down to reception as “unfriendly” because the day after they were definitely cold and unfriendly. The price doesn’t justify a “three star” hotel. AC worked- so that’s one positive, they accommodated for necessary amenities which was a positive, cleaning is lacking (don’t just do surface areas, bacteria lives behind objects and under beds). Parking is a lot in the back and spaces are “European tight”. Reception area has toilets with a high sewer smell and for two days they didn’t replace soap so…..pool requires a cap and other which you BUY from the front desk. No amenities in room other than a fridge that may or may not work (no kettle, standard cheap espresso machine is at reception and costs 1euro, any 3 star hotel would have this in the room). I would say- be hospitable and grateful to your guests instead of assuming your the only option in town!"

"Hotels room was big and clean . The room has small kitchen, microwave, a god size mini fridge. Air conditioning and heating are good . Tv is a good size . Sofa and small dining table with chairs . Bathroom is great . Only amenities maybee not at all .! Location is not in the old town but is close the other attractions and bus connections are excellent . Not to many options for diner out close , because is more a business area but in 4-5 block you can find some good dinner restaurants.! Front desk and cleaning personal are nice and very accessible for anything . This property is a 9.5/10 in my opinion !"

"The hotel was unbelievable. Incredibly friendly staff. Ana-Maria checked us in and couldn't do enough to help us. The food in the restaurant is some of the best ive had in Spain. Could not recommend it highly enough"

"La habitación era cómoda y agradable, y el personal brindó un buen servicio durante toda nuestra estancia. Agradecimos mucho que la habitación estuviera lista antes del horario de check-in, lo cual facilitó nuestra llegada. El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios necesarios, pero sin duda su mayor fortaleza es la ubicación. Es muy céntrico, especialmente ideal para ir caminando a la zona de la Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias. Sin embargo, hubo algunos inconvenientes. El hotel se supone que es un espacio libre de humo, algo que se especificaba claramente al momento de hacer la reservación, pero en nuestro piso había un olor constante a cigarrillo. En una ocasión, el olor llegó incluso a invadir toda la habitación, lo que resultó bastante molesto y dificultó el descanso. Además, aunque el servicio a la habitación ofrece un buen menú, la comida llegó un poco fría y los precios nos parecieron elevados en relación con la cantidad. Igualmente, el costo del desayuno por noche nos pareció exagerado, por lo que no lo utilizamos teniendo en cuenta que en los alrededores hay muchas opciones ricas y económicas. En general, a pesar de estos detalles, la experiencia fue buena, con un servicio adecuado y una ubicación que definitivamente es su mejor cualidad."
