"Pool day was amazing music was great went up to the room rooms were very clean I stayed in the smoking room which normally I don't but I chose to this time the hallway smelled like smoke but other than that the rooms did not and it was very clean on the smoking floor I have no complaints.. I enjoy the views.. although you guys should have a 24-hour restaurant that runs so that people can eat when they're hungry instead of ordering doordash .. oh and by the way I would like to know why it's always freezing in the hard Rock haha"

"I was very satisfied with the the front desk clerk ( Nicole) She was very helpful when we experienced a problem with our small dog. She immediately got us a better location room with a minimum of disruption. She gets 10 stars!!! The room was very clean and the beds were almost as comfortable as my own. There was enough space to maneuver my wife’s sister’s mobility devise around the room. However, one problem I had was that there was not an in-room coffee maker ( to which I am accustomed to have when I travel). So…. I give Spark by Hilton 9 1/2 stars. I will be using them AGAIN !!!"
