"This place was terrible. It should be called “Oakes overlooking the falls if you have the right room and can see past the trees & across the street” we must’ve been given an older room. The room had a view of the rooftop of Applebees. It had a refrigerator that was unplugged & sitting in the middle of the room. The A/C unit was also unplugged. The room obviously hadn’t been used in awhile. It was a dump. I requested a new room. The next room had a stink in it. I believe it was from the shower...

"Housekeeping was excellent. We got fresh towels in our room every day. The beds were also made and the room tidied up. Several restaurants on sight and a Starbucks. It was a great experience!"

Very helpful, changed our room to one that he thought we’d like better, and also straightened out a double booking problem I had with Expedia (won’t use them again) The wait staff was very friendly and provided great service.
