"The staff from bellman to bartender to front desk were all gracious and lovely, going out of their way to be helpful. I dids not eat dinner but the breakfast and apres ski selections excellent and offered a lot of choices incl lox at breakfast, delicious fresh fruits. and cheese and meats and soup and pastries. fresh rolls and a salad bar after skiing. My room Was very clean and included a balcont with a great view of the Dolomites. Did not try the spa but everything is packed and ready for...

"A genuine high quality hotel. Very friendly staff. The Dining Room is top class, superb food. Good sized rooms and well cleaned each day. Nice public rooms on Ground Floor with separate bar and dining room. Underground carpark, very useful when we got a severe snow storm. Easy walk into the town centre and there was also a crew bus shuttle service if needed. Will certainly return I hope. "

"The room was very clean and service was wonderful. They provided a shuttle to get in and out of town. Wish there was a shuttle pick up in town - or an easy way to have the shuttle come into town - but I made it to my hotel eventually."
