"The owner and staff were wonderful. The layout of the complex gave it a feeling of being home. It is designed to make you feel like you are at home. The bar/lounge area was super inviting, felt like family in the lounge, and everyone was happy. The rooms were very nice; again, they made us feel like we were at home. The closets were marvelous. The spa service fees during the fall were so reasonable that I booked several appointments. Love it when I don't feel like I'm giving up a kidney...

"The mountain view from our room was spectacular! The entire hotel had an elevated cozy feel to it with newly upgraded rooms and bathrooms. They offered a full breakfast with delicious options and even an afternoon snack with beautiful sandwiches and pastries- incredible. Diago had fine wine and drink options in the evening and made a great cafe latte macchiato! With respect to staff this hotel exceeded our expectations and went above and beyond to assist us when our rental car broke down...

The spa is brilliant and if you have the chance to join an Aufguss session we would strongly recommend it - it was great!
