"The room was functional & minimally furnished. The air conditioner was nice to have & easy to use. Unfortunately, we got a room right across from the elevator & it’s not a quiet area. There was a considerable gap in the door frame & allowed a lot of light into the room. The mattress was also in need of replacement & was uncomfortable. The shower pressure was good & water was hot. The breakfast options were a good selection."

"Based on the price point, the hotel was acceptable. The walls seem to not be insulated because you hear everything your neighbors say. The floors made loud creaking noises when someone in the room above walked like a brontosaurus from 8:30 pm to 10:30 pm."

"I’ve been there many times, the room was excellent. The room service was excellent. The girl that brought the room service was fantastic. My only complaint is the person to check me in was very rude standoffish I got there at 12 o’clock and she charged me $50 extra to get me a room key. Otherwise you told me I had t to wait until 3 o’clock if I didn’t wanna pay a fee and she said if I came back at 2 o’clock, she only charged me $25 and it wasn’t as much the money as her attitude. "Fun place to stay! Only didnt give 5 stars because the rooftop bar. Only 1 bartender and 1 server and extremely crowded and tables werent able to be cleaned properly. Staff did what they could considering. Definitely need to schedule more especially when it's a Saturday night with events going on around town."

"My room had remnants of bar soap in the shower. And as I was packing up, I noticed that the mattress protector was stained a brown/dark yellow. I spoke to the front desk. Zero refund was offered. I showed her the picture and she said ew that’s gross. And that’s about it. I’ve stayed here multiple times so I was really disappointed with this stay."
