"DO NOT. I REPEAT…. Do not stay here. I reserved a room here for a quick trip to attend a funeral. It was the cheapest hotel since I just need a bed and a shower. I arrived to an abandoned looked house with a car on the lawn. No one is picking up the number on the website and the voicemail is full. IT IS A SCAM. All websites need to remove their listing. I called Expedia for a refund and to remove the listing. The next day my friend and I drove by. There are two men working on the abandoned car...

"It looks like just a split-level house, but Mr. and Mrs. Deal have turned it into a lovely oasis for visitors. They recommended Sofia's for lunch, an easy mile walk, and the food there is amazing. Mrs. Deal very kindly agreed to hold most of our luggage while we did a train ride to Seward for an overnight stay. She even put together a perfect brown bag breakfast since we were leaving so early.
