"The hotel room a bit outdated, scarcity of electric jacks, so it was difficult to charge electronics. The coffee maker we’ve had to plug in the bathroom. The fridge was too cold and freezing our food The bathroom though HP accessible, was a bit dangerous having tilted ramp from shower area out, so personal could have slide and fall.but staff was very helpful trying to accommodate our needs"

"The front staff was very uneducated and unable to help with my booking issue after my room was changed at the last-minute due to double booking. I prepaid for a King Corner Suite, and ended up on a 3rd-floor exercise room with a view of a brick wall. I also asked for help understanding my bill so that I can expense 2/3 of the nights to my employer, but they were unable to review my bill or print an itemized receipt. I need to separate Saturday from Sunday/ Monday nights, so that I may expense...
